How Is Your Body Presented

The word says we are to present our bodies as a living sacrifice unto God. We are no good for the glorifying of the kingdom if we are dead or sick.

Keep your body healthy as it is the temple of the Holy Spirit. Therefore we can represent God in an honorable fashion that we live by His word and stand in faith that He says we are healed by His stripes.

Therefore God wants and desires us to be in our best health. We need strength and health to go out and proclaim His Victory in our lives.

How would we look proclaiming Victory if we walked all stooped over and sick and worried all the time? How would that glorify God?

Now, I am not saying that a sick person can not glorify God. I am just saying that when we are sick, we do not need to let everybody know about it, by going around proclaiming our sickness all the time, instead of our healing and Victory in the Lord Jesus. We need to be careful to give God the glory and praise and thanksgiving in all things at all times in our lives. HALLELUJAH!!

Romans 12 v 1-2... I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mericies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God....

1 Cor. 6 v 19...Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own.....

Prov. 16 v 24....Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, Sweetness to the soul and health to the bones....

Prov. 17 v 22...A merry heart does good, like medicine, but a broken spirit dries the bones.....

Prov. 13 v 3...He who guards his mouth preserves his life, but he who opens wide his lips shall have destruction....

Prov. 12 v 18....There is one who speaks like the piercings of a sword, but the tongue of the wise promotes health.....

How are you presenting your bodies to God? Can you truly say it is your best?
