Harvest Time

Fall is coming and it is Harvest time. Time to harvest all the bounty of your labor. Time to harvest from the seeds you have sown. Harvest time is not just for harvesting your fruits from the ground but also the fruits from your labor in His kingdom.

How much have you sown this year into His kingdom? How many seeds did you sow into missionary fields? How many seeds did you sow into someone's life who was struggling? How many seeds did you sow into your church home for special projects? How many children did you sponsor to go to camp? What kind of seeds did you sow this year?

These are all just examples of ways to sow and reap. What sort of bounty will you be reaping this harvest season?

God made a covenant with creation after the flood. He made a promise about seedtime and harvest.

Gen. 8 v 22....."While the earth remains, Seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, Winter and summer, and day and night shall not cease".............

So as surely as there is a day and a nighttime, as surely as there is still an earth, where there are seeds sown, there will be a harvest. AMEN!

The seeds you sow, you will reap a harvest.

2 Cor 9 v 6.....But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.......

2 Cor 9 v 7-8.....So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.....

God is able to give you a great harvest for what you have sown cheerfully. You will have sufficient enough in all things, and an abundance overflowing will He give back to you. AMEN!

Gal. 6 v 7.....Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he also shall reap....

Gal. 6 v 9-10....And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Therefore as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith...

When you are given an opportunity to give, God is giving you a way to be blessed. He is showing you the law of giving, how when you help others, He will multiply back to you in due season. You can not outgive God. If you have lack in your life God will give you a way out, through your giving. AMEN!

Numbers 23 v 19....God is not a man that He should lie, nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?........

Harvest time should be an exciting time for all Christians. God will make sure their seed is fruitful. AMEN!

Mal. 3 v 11...."And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, so that he will not destroy the fruit of your ground, nor shall the vine fail to bear fruit for you in the field," says the Lord of Hosts......

When seed is put into fertile ground it will grow and multiply, and God has said that He will not allow the devourer to eat your seed, but first the seed has to be sown.

The farmer does not sit on the porch and wait for the corn to come up, when he never put any seed in the ground. If he does he will be waiting forever, because without seed, harvest will not come. AMEN!

My prayer for each of the tid-bit readers today is this from 2 Cor.

2 Cor. 9 v 10......Now may He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for food, supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness......

May you never have any lack in your life, and may the SON shine down upon your face with His unmerited, undeserved, unearned grace and fulfill all your desires.
May each of you always know and understand fully the LOVE with which God loves you and may you see a bountiful harvest this season. AMEN!

STAY IN THE WORD!
