Change Comes From The Inside

If you have never watched Andrew Womack, you need to watch his program from today. If you want to know how to live prosperous, victorious, whole and healthy, watch Andrew or go to his website www.awmi.net or call 719-635-1111 and order his teaching 'Effortless Change'.

He tells us how if we are going to change the way we think, the way we receive from the Lord, the way we believe, we will first have to change our hearts. Change comes from the inside out. Change starts in our hearts.

How do we change our stinking thinking into God thinking? We have to meditate on His word. Not just give Him five minutes here or there, we have to really get into His word so that the word can get into us.

When we get His word into us we will change our mindset to be like minded with Christ Jesus.

Joshua 1 v 8....This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth but you SHALL meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you WILL make your way prosperous, and then you WILL have good success....

God says that if you stay in HIS WORD (the bible) you WILL make your way prosperous, and you WILL have good success. He doesn't say you might if you try harder, if you do more, if you are good, no HE says if you MEDITATE on HIS WORD you SHALL have success. AMEN!

What happens when you meditate on God's words? You develop the mindset of Christ Jesus, Himself.

1 Pet 4 v 1....Therefore, since Christ suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves also with the same mind for he who has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin, that he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh for the lusts of men, but for the will of God....

Phil 2 v 5-6.....Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who being in the form of God did not condsider it robbery to be equal with God.....

We are joint heirs with Jesus and we have the same power God used to raise Jesus from the dead in us. AMEN!

Romans 12 v 2.....and be not conformed to this world but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God......

John 14 v 12-14....Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.....

What did that verse say, if you ask certain things in my name, if you are good and you do not make any mistakes, I might do for you? NO, He says MOST ASSUREDLY, in other words you can take it to the bank, if you believe in HIM, He will do WHATEVER you ask.

The word tells us that by renewing our minds we can prove out to be what is the good, acceptable and perfect will of God for us. Sickness, disease and poverty are not in His perfect Will. AMEN!

Would you wish any of those things on your earthly children? Then why would you ever think that it is God's will for you HIS CHILD to be sick, or in lack of any good thing?

Where does this kind of belief come from? From your mindset. How do you get this mindset of Christ? By meditating on His word and changing your heart. Change starts in the heart. Change starts from the inside and works its way out. Get into His word, meditate on it, and find out just who you are in Christ Jesus and what that entitles you to.

PROV 23 v 7...for as he thinks in his heart so is he.....

And now a little tid-bit just from me:

correction from tid-bit giving credit
I was asked why can't I give credit to both, God and the doctors? That was a good question and got me to thinking. This would be one of those times that we are in two different mindsets on what the Word teaches on healing. I was wrong to say to give credit to one or the other. In fact someone else pointed out to me that the faith was not placed in the doctor, the faith was placed in healing. The doctor was just a different route of taking to get to that healing. Some people may be able to go straight to God and bypass the doctor where some may be more comfortable going through the doctor to get to their healing. example: some people may go and get a flu shot every season to keep from getting the flu to where some people feel they are already protected because of who they are in Christ. Let me be very, very clear, there is nothing wrong with doctors, doctors are good. I hope that clears up any confusion or any condemnation about going to doctors.

I can only give you a tid-bit of my thoughts each day of what I get from the Lord, and sometimes that tid-bit can leave some feeling more confused because it takes more than just a tid-bit of time to change a mindset from years of thinking like the world. It takes more than just a tid-bit to get the entire meaning of the message in the tid-bit. It takes meditating on HIS WORDS not mine to get the true meaning of what I am trying to say. That is why the scriptures are given, so that each person may go and read GOD'S WORDS for themselves and not take my word for whatever subject I am writing on that day, remember these are tid-bits I personally glean each day from the Lord and then share with you, but you may not be in the place to receive what I am receiving at that time. I am still working on writing these tid-bits each day in such a way that you will be blessed by what you read and not left feeling condemned or confused. If you in fact are ever left feeling confused or condemned after looking up the scriptures given and reading them for yourself, then please write back to me so that I can clear up where I might have led you wrong. God's word is never meant to condemn you but to show you who you are in Him and how much He loves you. AMEN!

Romans 8 v 1...There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit....

STAY IN THE WORD!
