Don't Rehearse It Curse It

This was not my caption, it was a lady in our class that came up with this saying. Don't rehearse it, curse it, and God will reverse it. How clever and how true. When we meditate on something, it will take over our thought process. If something is playing over in your mind, and it is not good, then it is of the devil. So quickly, curse it with the word of God, and He will reverse it.

When you have thoughts that are not of God, that are not good thoughts, thoughts that are bringing you down, they are like a mouse trap ready to spring the catch, and capture you. The weight of the cheese holds the mouse trap down, just like the weight of your problems hold you down. Stay away from those snares and traps of the devil, by meditating on God's word and replacing those bad thoughts with His word. When you do, the weight will be gone, and the trap can not be set. Don't keep playing the devil's words over and over in your mind, don't set the trap.

James 3 v 16...."for where envy and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.".....

The devil comes to kill, steal, and destroy. Recognize him for who he is. He is the author of confusion. When you find yourself being offended, realize it is the enemy and not the person you are dealing with. If you let yourself stay in a state of bitterness, offense, then you are letting the devil have authority over your thoughts, when you are the one who is in authority. You have authority over him. Use it!

Hebrews 4 v 12....."For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.".....

God's word will overide the devil any day. You just have to speak it.

Don't let your heart grow cold because you stay in an offended state of mind. When your heart grows cold, you will soon be unable to hear from God, unable to perceive and understand.

Don't separate yourself from God because you think you have been offended by someone. Quickly speak His word over your thoughts and cast the thoughts of the devil out of your mind.

Ephes. 4 v 32....."And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you".........

Romans 12 v 18...."If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men".....

The word tells us that offences will come, be ready for them with the word of God fresh on your mind and heart.

Luke 17 v 1...."Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come."......

STAY IN THE WORD!
