Faith Works By Love Then Comes Your Healing

There are several people who need these healing scriptures, and have asked me to send. I am asking all tid-bit readers to pray for each other, as the enemy is running rampant through the minds and bodies of some. We as Christians must take our stand against the enemy and rebuke him away from our brothers and sisters. We need to put him on the run once and for all. AMEN!

Let us all be in agreement with these scriptures and what the LORD is telling us. Let us all lift each other up in prayer for healing for anyone who might be in need. Don't back down tid-bit readers. Take a firm stand, set your faces like flint, just as Jesus did. Do not waver, do not be moved. STAND FAST and resist the devil and he has to flee.

James 4 v 7....Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.....

Romans 5 v 1....Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our LORD JESUS CHRIST.....

Romans 5 v 9...Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him....

We have been justified by His blood. His blood was spilled to cover all sin, all diseases, all sickness. We are healed by our faith in His blood. But here is the key. Faith works by love. If you do not have love, if you harbor any hatred, bitterness, prejudice toward any man then you are hindering your healing. If these things exist in you, then love is not present, and if love is not present then faith is not present. These things will fester and consume your health. It takes more than just believing there is a God, and even more than just loving GOD. He says you must love your neighbor as yourself as well.

1 John 4 v 20-21....If someone says, "I love God", and hates his brother,(meaning anyone) he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen? And this commandment we have from Him; that he who loves God must love his brother also.....

In other words, you can not walk in the fullness of God's love when you have bitterness, hatred, prejudice in your heart. God can not exist where these things are, so if these things are in you, then God is not present. If God is not present, how can He heal you?

Here are some healing scriptures to meditate on. Also get you some crackers
and grape juice to take communion everyday until your healing manifests itself.
We are healed by His blood. And He says as often as you do this, do in remembrance of Me. He doesn't say you can only take once a month, He doesn't put any limits on His blood, so why should we?

IS 53 v 5....But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed.....

1 Pet 2 v 24....Who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness, by whose stripes you were healed....

Bitterness, wrath, hatred, prejudice, and any other forms of sin. These are things that we need to cleanse our hearts of, so that we may receive our healing. We can not just stick our heads in the sand, and think that these things will go away on their own. We have to have a change of heart. We have to renew our minds with the things of Christ. We as Christians are to be like minded with Christ. When we hold on to these things, and try to solve our problem on our own, we are walking in pride and not with Christ.

James 4 v 6...But He gives more grace. Therefore He says, "God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble"....

Ephes. 1 v 7....In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace....

1 Cor 10 v 16....The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ?....

Scriptures for communion
1 Cor 11 v 23-26....For I received from the LORD that which I also delivered to you; that the Lord Jesus on the same night in which He was betrayed took bread; and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, "take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me." In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying "this cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me." For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the LORD's death till He comes....

First each day, search your heart, and make sure you have no unforgiveness
there for anyone, no prejudice towards any man, no hatred for anyone. These
things can stop your healing.

Second if there are any, repent and ask for forgiveness, renew your heart
with the love of Christ, Jesus only had love in His heart for every man, this is
why it was so easy for Him to heal the sick, cause the blind to see, and the
lame to walk, this is why miracles happened every where He went. Faith works by love. There is no other way. You have to walk in love for everyone and
forgiveness for all so that your faith can make you whole.

To be whole is to be like the Lord Jesus. To be whole you have to love like
God loves.You have to love God first and others as you love yourself. That
means everyone, no one is exempt becase of what they may have done to you, or because they are different than you, you have to love your enemies and pray for them.

Third, take communion and then begin thanking Him and giving Him praise for your good report, for your healing. Worship Him with praise and thanksgiving. Then know without a doubt that you are healed. You were made whole through the body and the blood of Jesus. AMEN!

Then get into His word and meditate on His healing scriptures. Meditate on these things and not the reports from others. Keep His word before you always, in your hearts and in your minds, so that the enemy has no place to rest. AMEN!

1 Cor 13 v 2-3 ,9a..........And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing...Love never fails......

GOD IS LOVE!

Walk in love, let your faith work, receive your healing.

How To Walk Like Jesus Part 1 cont.

Being Determined

We must be determined to find the Lord's will for our lives. We must seek Him daily in His word to know what His will is.

Exodus 33 v 13a.....Now therefore, I pray, if I have found grace in Your sight, show me now Your way, that I may know You and that I may find grace in Your sight........

Acts 22 v 14-15.....Then he said, "The God of our fathers has chosen you that you should know His will, and see the Just One, and hear the voice of His mouth. For you will be His witness to all men of what you have seen and heard....

1 Thes 5 v 16-17...."Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you....

1 Cor 2 v 9-12....But as it is written; "eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for those who love Him." But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God.........

Our Spirit we received from the Lord when we became Christians, helps us to discern what the will of God is in our lives. God gave us His Spirit so that we can know His will. We are able to discern what is right from wrong. We can feel in our Spirit man when we are making right choices or when we are making wrong choices. AMEN!

John 18 v 13-15.....However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears he will speak; and He will tell you things to come. He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you. All things that the Father has are Mine. Therefore I said that He will take of Mine and declare it to you.....

Jesus told His disciples not to fret, because when He leaves to go be with the Father, He will send a helper, the Holy Spirit who will come and dwell within you. This is how we discern the Father's will for us is by listening to the Holy Spirit who lives within us.

Ephe 5 v 13-14....For everyone who partakes only of milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, for he is a babe. But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.....

God wants us to be of full age, He wants us to be able to discern what is right from wrong, He wants us to know His will, He is not trying to keep it a secret. He has it spelled out in His word, and if we get into His word on a daily basis, then we are growing in our faith and we are becoming adults in His kingdom and no longer babes. We have to exercise our spiritual senses daily. We have to be intuned to what the Holy Spirit is saying to us when we read and hear God's word. Once again, I encourage you to read the word out loud, so that it gets into your hearing. Read it with authority. Read it with faith belieivng every word is TRUTH. Jesus is the WORD, the WORD is TRUTH, therefore JESUS is the TRUTH.

Start each day determined to know the TRUTH, and determined to know the Father's will for you. Start out each day with the WORD.

How To Walk Like Jesus Part 1

Our Pastor is doing a series right now entitled Jesus in 3 D. Or how to walk like Jesus did when He was on the earth. There are three points to this series:

1. Determined Purpose
2. Divine Compassion
3. Delegated Authority

I want to share with the tid-bit readers what I receive from this teaching each week. This was so awesome to me, that we can walk just as Jesus did while He was on this earth. I hope you too will receive a revelation of how He walked and how you can do the same. AMEN!

First point, Jesus walked with determined purpose. How many of us just go through out our lives with no determination of seeing our purpose fulfilled, or worse yet with no purpose at all? Our purpose should be determined just like Jesus. Why? Because Jesus's determined purpose was knowing the will of GOD for His life. It should be the same with us. We should be determined everyday to get into the word of God and find out what is His will for us is that day? How does His will for that day fit into our purpose He has for our life? Our determined purpose should be to know God's will for our lives without a doubt. We should be like Jesus. Unmovable, unshakable, unwavering, firm in purpose and belief, concentrated attention on something, determined to take action to see it fulfilled. Those are some of the definitions of determination. That is where we need to be when it comes to knowing what God's will for us is.

IS 50 v 7....For the Lord God will help Me; therefore I will not be disgraced, therefore I have set My face like a flint, and I know that I will not be ashamed.....

This is Jesus talking through the prophet. He says He will set His face like a flint. In other words He will not be moved from what He believes to be the true will of God in His life. That is the place we need to be. We need to be firm in our stand against the enemy, we need to be unshakable when the enemy tries to throw something at us. We need to know that God's will is certainly not for us to perish in any way, whether in our health, our finances, or in any situation. How do we know this? We study His word, so that we can know without a doubt what His word says about every situation. How did Jesus defeat His enemy, Satan? With the word of God.

Luke 9 v 51....Now it came to pass, when the time had come for Him to be received up, that He steadfastly set His face to go to Jerusalem....

He knew the Father had a course for Him, and He knew when it was time for Him to go to finish the will of the Father. How did He know? Because He studied the word of God daily. He rose up early and went off by Himself to be undisturbed while He fellowshiped with the Father and studied His word out so that He would know what the will of the Father was at that day and time.

Mark 1 v 35......Now in the morning, having risen a long while before daylight, he went out and departed to a solitary place and there He prayed.....

How do we know what the will of God is in our life? By having a determined purpose like Jesus, by getting off to ourselves and seeking the Father, and studying His word so that we know what His will is in each season of our lives. Jesus being the Word Himself, studied the word of God daily, how much more so then do we need to study?

2 Tim 2 v 15....Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth....

In other words, studying His word to know what the truth is for yourself and not just what someone may have told you. Knowing how to be doers of His word and walk it out in your life with determination and not just be hearers only. This is what builds your faith to the point of believing just as Jesus did, so that your determination, (your faith) will not be shakened. AMEN!

STAY IN THE WORD!

Frame Of Mind

What is your frame of mind when you go to worship the LORD. When you go to church, are you thinking about all the troubles you have had this week, or what is in store for you next week. Did you fight traffic to get there and are you feeling anxious because you were running late trying to get the kids ready, the spouse ready and out the door? We have all experienced these emotions at some time or other when we were headed for church. But the question is, what do you do with that frame of mind before you start your worhsip to Him?

Music influences our frame of mind. When you go to the spa, you listen to nice peaceful flowing music, not hard rock, head banging music. Why? Because they want your body to relax and get in line with your treatments. They do not want you all tensed up. The same is true with the LORD.

He wants you to get in line with His mood. His mood is always peace and love. There is no tension in Him. He wants you to have the same. In fact your body is made to endure longer when you have peace and love. When there is tension in your body, everything starts falling apart. Why? Because the LORD did not make you to be tense. He made you in His image. AMEN!

That is why it is so important to get to church in time for praise and worship, because you will go from peace, to excitement (in a good way), to a frame of WORSHIP. Joyce Meyer said something, this morning that got me thinking. She said, we get to choose what we want to think. No one chooses for us. We choose. We can choose to have stinking thinking, or we can choose to have peaceful, loving thoughts. We get to choose what frame of mind we are going to set our mind to. It is that simple. We get to choose! AMEN!

One of the ways we choose is by what we surround ourselves with. What we feed our minds, comes out through our thinking. We have to be careful what we put into our thinking because it will show up in our spirit sooner or later. AMEN!

IS 26 v 3....You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You...

Romans 12 v 2....And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.....

2 Tim 1 v 7....For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind...

God gave us power over our minds, so that we may always keep a sound mind. We just have to exercise that power when stinking thinking tries to creep in. AMEN!

Prov 23 v 7a.....For as he thinks in his heart so is he....

To think something in our heart it had to first come from our mind. To guard our hearts from evil, we first have to guard our minds from it. The enemy attacks us first in our minds, and then like a cancer it spreads through our bodies and tears us down. We have to stop him before he takes root in our minds to protect the rest of our bodies. Stinking thinking causes stress, stress is related to every disease known to man. You see how the enemy works? He is no fool, he knows where to attack you first, so that he can have a chance of winning.

But the good news is this. Jesus has already died for anything the enemy tries to put on you. He has already won the victory for you. You just have to accept this victory in your mind, and get it into your heart that you can not be defeated because of the One who lives within you. AMEN!

To get right thinking, to stay in a well nourished frame of mind, you must....

STAY IN THE WORD!

Whose Words Are You Living By

Someone out there needs this today. Someone needed yesterday's word.

Whose words are you letting determine your future? Are they the words from the world about the economy, about how poor everything is? Or are they words from a physician who has given you a bad diagnosis? Or are they words from well doers who are agreeing with you and jumping in on your pity party about your situation. Whatever it might be, your health, your finances, your relationships, your children's behavior? WHATEVER, it is, if it is tearing you down, it is not from GOD. AMEN!

Yesterday I gave you so many scriptures to help defeat the enemy. But someone is giving up with a diagnosis. Someone is giving in to financial situations, just because the world is trying to tell you, there are hard times coming. Someone is giving up on their childrens salvation, just because of the way the enemy has them acting.

You better get hold of yourself, and get into the word of GOD, and see what He says, and live by His words, and not whomever the enemy is using to feed you lies. AMEN!

Because that is what they are, LIES! If what your friends or family members or whoever you are listening to is telling you something that does not line up with the word of God, then it is a LIE! AMEN!

Sometimes we have to keep bad news from reaching our friends and families ears, because they want to jump on that pity wagon, or that fear wagon, and they will have you in the ground before the ink on the report is dry. If you are struggling with a situation, with a bad diagnosis, or bad report of a loved one, or whatever, you need to call a PRAYER WARRIOR, someone who knows the word of GOD and BELIEVES it and have them come into agreement with you with what GOD says over your situation, and then RECEIVE it, and then PRAISE HIM FOR THE GOOD REPORT. AMEN! And then PRAISE HIM EVERYDAY, until the manifestation of HIS answer comes to pass.

Don't go about calling up more buddies, and asking for their prayers for your deliverance. NO, you have already come into agreement with His word, now it is time to stand on HIS WORD. AMEN!

Phil 4 v 6-7....Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus......

Remember doubt, and fear is from the enemy. The bad report is from the enemy. Get out the word of God and read HIS REPORT. AMEN! Let His WORD guard your heart and your mind.

Phil 4 v 8....Finally brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy, meditate on these things......

God says meditate on His words. They are truth, they are noble, they are lovely, they are of GOOD REPORT. AMEN! They are life and death to those who find them.

PS 119 v 15....I will meditate on Your precepts, and contemplate Your ways. I will delight myself in Your statutes; I will not forget Your word....

Prov 4 v 20-23....My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; keep them in the midst of your heart; for they are life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh. Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life.....

Prov 3 v 5-8.....Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the LORD and depart from evil. It will be health to your flesh, and strength to your bones....

God is telling us, to not trust in what the enemy tells you when he puts fear and doubt in your minds, but trust in His words and His ways and He will deliver you from your troubles. AMEN!

We need to live our lives by God's word and not the word of the enemy. AMEN!

STAY IN THE WORD!

Idol Worship & Idle Worship

Not much difference.

Let me explain. We all know what the word says about worhiping idols, (graven images) of other gods. The dictionary says an idol is an image or object worshiped as a god. Well, God says, that He is a jealous God and we are to have no other Gods. Besides what can a idol, a piece of wood, silver, metal whatever it is made of do for you anyway? It has no life. Our God is a living God. Our God created the very substance that is used to make idols. So now I ask you, which God is more real?

Our God is not a statute, our Jesus is not the image hanging on the cross in some churches still today. Jesus was taken down off that cross over 2000 years ago, placed in a tomb, and then was raised up on the third day, and is alive today seated at the right hand of the one and true GOD who created all things. AMEN!

Acts 19 v 24-27.....For a certain man named Demetrius, a silversmith, who made silver shrines of Diana, brought no small profit to the craftsmen. He called them together with the workers of similar occupation, and said; "Men, you know that we have our prosperity by this trade. Moreover you see and hear that not only at Ephesus, but throughout almost all Asia, this Paul has persuaded and turned away many people, saying that they are not gods which are made with hands. So not only is this trade of ours in danger, but also the temple of the great goddess Diana may be despised and her magnificence destroyed, whom all Asia and the world worship.....

Do you see where the concern is here? The concern is that these craftsmen who make these idols with their hands, (the same hands as anybody else) are concerned that their trade is not going to be so wealthy to them any longer when people quit worshipping their idols. They had a pretty lucrative business going on all over Asia. Now, if these were real gods, don't you think they could rise up and stop themselves from being destroyed?

Exodus 20 v 3-5a.....You shall have no other gods before Me. You shall not make for yourself a carved image, any likeness of anything that is in heaven above or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; you shall not bow down to them, nor serve them. For I, the LORD your GOD, am a jealous God,.........

So now we know we are not to worship idols. We have been told in His word, how He feels about this.

Now, what about idle worship? In the dictionary the word idle means to do nothing, lazy, useless, worthless, wasting time....

When we just give idle worhsip to the LORD, in other words when we just go to church on Sunday, or Saturday or whenever, just because that is the day we are suppose to go to church, and we sit in there thinking about, what we could be doing, like fishing, golfing, cooking out, visiting, shopping, etc. When we sit there with our minds wandering instead of being focused on WORSHIP, then that is idle worship. You may as well have stayed home. I mean if you are going to church just because you are trying to keep up your appearances then you might as well stay at home. Let me ask you this. Are you constantly late for church, do you purposely miss praise and worship time, do you feel changed when you leave or are you still aggravated and just trying to get to the car and out of the parking lot before everyone else? If you answered yes to any of these, then you might want to check your spirit and see how you are worshiping Him who gave EVERYTHING for you.

God wants your best when you worship Him. God does not want idle worship or you worshiping any idols. He feels the same about one as He does the other. AMEN!

Matthew 15 v 7-9.....Hypocrites! Well did Isaiah prophesy about you, saying; "These people draw near to Me with their mouth, and honor Me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me. And in vain they worship Me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men."......

John 4 v 23.....But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in Spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.......

1 Chron 16 v 29....Give to the Lord the glory due His name; bring an offering, and come before Him, Oh, Worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness!.....

Don't be an idle/idol worshiper. Worship the LORD with all your heart, your mind your soul and your strength. Worship Him with LOVE.

What is another way to worship the LORD your God?

STAY IN THE WORD!

Cannot Snatch From The Father

We are secure in the Father's hands. Once we get a revelation of that, we will rest in His promises to us in every area of our lives. What is keeping you bound in fear over something? Is it fear over a health condition, fear over your finances, fear over relationships, fear over your children's safety? Whatever your challenges might be, the word tells us to worry for nothing. We have to learn to face our challenges with God's word and not with our own thinking. AMEN!

Matt 6 v 31-34...."Therefore do not worry saying, What shall we eat? or What shall we drink? or What shall we wear? For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you. Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble......

In other Jesus is telling you here, that if God takes care of you in these minor details, then how much more will He take care of you when you need Him in your time of trials?

John 10 v 28-30...."And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father's hand. I and My Father are one."......

PS 91 v 5-6....You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day, nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday...

This means that you shall not be afraid of all that crap you hear on the nightly news of all the meaness that is reaping havoc in this world. Why, look at the next verse.

PS 91 v 7....a thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it shall not come near you....

HALLELUJAH!

PS 121 v 2-4....My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth. He will not allow your foot to be moved; He who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, He who keeps Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep...

There it is, no more sleepless nights for you now. I mean if you get a revelation of what the word is telling you in that verse. God who created you, does not sleep nor slumber. In other words, He is alert, He is on watch. You do not have to stay up (loose sleep, worrying) and keep watch over your health, your finances, your children. If you gave these things to the LORD, then you can go on to sleep and rest knowing that He is taking care of these things for you. AMEN!

Matt 6 v 33.....But seek first the kingdom of GOD and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you....

PS 55 v 22....Cast your burden on the LORD, and He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved....

Remember we have the victory because He has already fought our battles and won them by His stripes and His blood. AMEN!

2 Cor 4 v 8-9....We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed.....

You see we may have to fight the enemy, but the battle is in our minds. Jesus has already won the victory over the battle, but we let the enemy attack our minds and try to tell us differently, and that is where you start losing the battle. Remember the enemy is in your mind. He can not physically attack you because Jesus has already defeated him. How then do you fight. With the word of GOD. The same way Jesus fought him and defeated him. AMEN!

1 Cor 15 v 57-58....But thanks be to GOD, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the LORD, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the LORD....

AMEN, AMEN, AMEN! Don't give up, is what this scripture is telling us. Don't give in to the enemy, no matter how bad he may make you feel, you stand fast and say I FEEL GREAT, I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS ME. HALLELUJAH! DON"T GIVE IN.

The enemy works through our minds by putting fear over our circumstances in our minds. DON"T LET IT TAKE ROOT!

2 Tim 1 v 7.....For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind....

REMEMBER THOSE WORDS. If you have fear over something, you are giving life to whatever it might be, and if there is fear it is not from GOD. But God has equipped you with HIS word to beat that fear, and He has given you authority to speak to that fear using HIS voice and His power. AMEN!

Take a clue from Jesus, and you can easily defeat the devil everytime. Just say IT IS WRITTEN, and then quote the scripture to him and when you resist him, he has to flee. AMEN!

1 Pet 5 v 6-8....Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. Be sober and vigilant, because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour....

The word tells us no weapon formed against you shall prosper, it does not say the enemy won't try to form one against you, but it does say, IT SHALL NOT PROSPER! AMEN! Why, because we resist the enemy.

James 4 v 7......Therefore submit to God, resist the devil and he will flee from you....

Good Seed - Good DNA

People are always talking about how they inherited this bad gene or this bad hair from their ancestors or their mother or father. You probably did. But when you as a child of God start saying you have some bad gene that causes you sickness or some disease to come over your body, then you are speaking that into your own life, and listening to the enemy, and speaking against the word of God.

You see once the seed of Jesus was planted into your soil (your heart) and you allowed it to grow. You allowed your heart to be fertile and to receive Him, then you became a seed of Christ. Your DNA has changed. You became a new man, not only in your mind, but also in your body.

You are now in Christ, you are no longer of this world, but you are a child of the kingdom of God. You are a joint heir with Christ Jesus. That means you now share His DNA. Just so you know, there is no sickness, no disease, no pain, no poverty, no lack in any area in His body or His DNA. Therefore if you are abiding in Him, there can be none in you. Oh, there it is. IF YOU ARE ABIDING IN HIM.

We are free from these things not because of how we act or what we do right, not by law, but by blood. So when these things come on a child of God, we allow that. We have the power to stay disease free, pain free, poverty free. The battle is in our minds, where Satan attacks us. You see Satan will put the seed in our mind, that we have an illness, He may even use someone to speak that to you, but we as Christians, as children of God, as joint heirs with Jesus, have to use the power given us by Jesus and the Father to rebuke that seed, cast out that seed and never let it take root in our mind. Because if we let it in our mind, then we start meditating on it, speaking to it every day, and before long it will manifest and spread through out our bodies.

We have to use our faith that we were given (each the same measure) and believe the word of God instead of the word of the enemy.

Romans 4 v 13...For the promise that he would be the heir of the world was not to Abraham or to his seed through the law, but through the righteousness of faith....

Col. 2 v 12....buried with Him in baptism, in which you also were raised with Him through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead.....

Through the working of God in your faith you have been raised up and seated with the LORD JESUS in heavenly places. You have the authority and power given to Jesus to speak to anything that tries to comes against you and it has to bow its knee to Jesus whose blood you are washed in. AMEN!

Col. 2 v 14-15....having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it.....

You see Satan has no right to come before the throne of God, because Jesus stood there and His blood has covered where Satan once stood before God. Satan will never be able to come before the throne and accuse you of anything. But you have the right to come before the throne and accuse him when he tries to come against you, and your Father will see that you have been covered in the blood of His Son, and He will protect you. AMEN!

Heb. 4 v 16....Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need....

All the grace and mercy you need to get you through whatever the enemy is attacking you with is yours for the asking at the throne of your Father. AMEN! Grace and Mercy is LOVE, and LOVE is JESUS, and He is the author and finisher of our faith. Our faith is where we find our HOPE. Not hope like wishing, but HOPE which is LOVE, MERCY, GRACE. All which belong to us.

Heb. 12 v 2...looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of GOD........

Don't place your health in the DNA of your ancestors, but remember you are of GOOD SEED, you are the seed of Abraham and therefore heirs to the promises made to him by the Father. You have the blood of Jesus now, and that is the best DNA one could have. There are no bad genes in His DNA. AMEN!

GAL. 3 v 29....and if you are Christ's then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise....

How do we fight the enemy when he tries to attack us with sin, sickness, disease, poverty? How do we stand against him? We stand against him with our faith in Jesus. We must build up our bodies to be strong in faith every day through His word. AMEN!

STAY IN THE WORD!

WHAT IF

When you are believing for something, like your healing, your finances to be set right, a job, whatever it might be that you feel God says you have, and then all of a sudden, a voice rings out in your head, "what if you are not going to be healed, what if you do not get the job, what if you are going to be poor"?

This is when you have to shout the enemy down, and let them know they have no place in your mind, your head, your spirit. They have no right to ask you what if, to question the authority of God in your life. We have to be bold and say THANK YOU GOD, and tell the enemy what if it all goes God's way, where will you be enemy? We have to turn those what ifs back on the enemy. We have to throw the enemy into fear instead of letting the enemy feeds us fear.

God did not give us the spirit of fear, so when those what ifs come up and begin to cause us fear and make us question, we have to recognize them for what they are, and that is they are the enemy trying to get the upper hand, because the enemy knows what God says, he wants to steal the word from you, so that you will meditate on his what ifs instead of God's promises. AMEN!

Phil 4 v 6-7.....Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus......

So what if the next time you are struggling with the enemy over your health, finances, relationships, whatever it might be, you start shouting and praising God and thanking Him for His promises to see you through. AMEN! Raise those hands and worship Him, and drown out the what ifs everytime they try to creep into your thinking. AMEN!

Remember if you have fear, it is not from God, so get rid of it, with His word.

2 Tim 1 v 7....For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.....

Col. 4 v 2....Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving....

PS 119 v 29....Oh give thanks to the LORD, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever....

HALLELLUJAH! His mercy doesn't quit because the devil puts fear in you, because you start questioning what if, no His mercy endures forever, you just have to put His mercy before your fear and the devil will have to flee. AMEN!

His mercy will always win out. So in all things give thanks unto the LORD, and praise His name and meditate on His promises, and drown out the enemy's little words of what if with the mighty name of JESUS. AMEN! Everytime the enemy says what if, you shout JESUS. Because the word tells us, every knee shall bow to the name of JESUS. (that means every sickness, every sin, every pain, every financial woe, every lack, EVERYTHING must bow to the name of JESUS. AMEN! AMEN!

What Happens When Chrisitans Argue

When Christians argue with each other and tear each other down, they are breaking a strong cord of unity. They are destroying the power of unity. God did not make us all just alike. But He says, when two come together they shall withstand the enemy, but when a threefold cord is formed it is not easily broken.

You see, we may not all agree on doctrine, but if we have the one goal, that is to win lost souls for the Lord Jesus Christ and His kingdom, then we need to form a cord that can not be broken. We need to come together in unity to win souls out in the communitys, and leave doctrine at home.

God made men and women different, and together they make a whole. Same with husbands and wives with their differences set aside, they come together and make a whole, a strong force to be reckoned with. The same is true with Christians, when we all come together in unity, we are a strong force to be reckoned with. How many lost souls do you imagine would be saved in a service where all Christians come together for that purpose, of winning souls and worshiping the Lord, and not just trying to be religous. The enemy would not have a chance to steal the lost if they are surrounded by a cord of three or more all on the same page as to what the Lord Jesus really wants us to do.

We are to share the gospel, the good news, we are to reach out to the lost, and offer them the gift of salvation, we are to love them into the kingdom of God. Simply put, we are to share Jesus and His wonderful gift with them. AMEN!

Don't let the devil drive a wedge between you and another Christian friend, just because you have different doctrines, no stand together and let people see the strong mighty force of God at work, instead of Christians arguing in strife over doctrine. Stand and be a force for Jesus, be a stronghold that cannot be broken. Stand in the power of unity.

Eccle. 4 v 9-12....Two are better than one. because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fail, one will lift up his companion. But woe to him who is alone when he falls. For he has no one to help him up. Again, if two lie down together, they will keep warm; but how can one be warm alone? Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him, and a threefold cord is not quickly broken......

We as Christians should be uplifting one another, not tearing down each other. We must walk out the word of God in our lives daily, so the lost will know which way to go, and know where to find the truth in Jesus and not be confused by hearing Christians argue over doctrine.

What Is Stealing From God

What is it in your life that steals time away from God? Or what is it that you are doing that is stealing away your divine health that God says you are to walk in? What is keeping you from walking in His blessings everyday of your life?

Are you walking in divine health, are you eating without scarcity, are you in an overflow of abundance of good, are you receiving your heart's desires? If you answered no to any of these, then it is time to check to see where you are not following His will, where you are not being obedient to what His commands are.

Deut. 8 v 1....Every commandment which I command you today you must be careful to observe, that you may live and multiply, and go in and possess the land of which the Lord swore to your fathers...

Deut. 7 v 13-15.....And He will love you and bless you and multiply you; He will also bless the fruit of your womb and the fruit of your land, your grain and your new wine and your oil, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flock, in the land of which He swore to your fathers to give you. You shall be blessed above all peoples; there shall not be a male or female barren among you or among your livestock. And the LORD will take away from you all sickness, and will afflict you with none of the terrible diseases of Egypt which you have known, but will lay them on all those who hate you.....

We have to be obedient to walk in His ways in order to receive the blessings that belong to us. So whatever we might be doing, eating, saying, or listening to that is stealing from what God has for us, we need to stop, and turn from those things and turn back to God. AMEN!

We need to seek God's wisdom in everything that we do. We need to look to Him before any major decisions, but not only major decisions, but also before we put anything into our mouths, or our ears, that is not healthy for us according to His ways. AMEN! Yes, we need to be aware of what we are feeding ourselves at all times, our physical bodies and our spiritual bodies through our hearing. AMEN!

What command are we left with is this

Matthew 22 v 37-40....Jesus said to him, "You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments hang all the law and prophet".........

We need to establish our feet on His path and not the path of the enemy. We need to seek what He has to say to us in every area of our lives. We need to be aware of what is stealing our lives from God. AMEN!

Why Do We Not Get Healed

So many people ask why did sister so and so not get healed? Why doesn't brother so and so receive his healing? They worship the Lord, they believe in God, they believe Jesus died for their sins. Why do they still not get healed?

We can believe all day long but not act upon the word of God and receive nothing. That is why we read earlier about being believing believers. We can't just read the bible each day, pray about the same thing every day but not believe that we are receiving, and also not acting upon what the word tells us to do.

Look in Proverbs and you will see what I am saying.

Prov 4 v 20-22.....My son, give attention to my words; incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; keep them in the midst of your heart; for they are life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh....

Let's stop there a minute and meditate on what the word is telling us to do. Pay attention to what the word is saying, keep them in your heart, this is where your life and health come from. The word of God. You can not continue to watch soap operas, read trashy novels, hang out with the wrong crowd, join in with gossip and off color jokes, you can not keep feeding these things into your heart and not expect to be ill. What you take in has to come out in some form or manner.

Meditate on His words and not on the television, listen to praise and worship music, and not lyrics that are not from God and are not speaking like God would speak. You say, oh, it does not hurt anything to listen to my kind of music, or tell a joke now and then or watch the shows I like to watch. Ok, well you keep listening to the lies of the devil and stay sick then. Stay in pain, stay in strife, stay in your misery. Because where those things are, God is not. If you want to be healed, you need to be in His presence. AMEN! If His words are not what you are meditating on, and keeping before your eyes and ears, then how can you expect to receive from Him. You will receive from what you are in tuned to. AMEN!

Prov 4 v 23-27....Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life. Put away from you a deceitful mouth, and put perverse lips far from you. Let your eyes look straight ahead, and your eyelids look right before you. Ponder the path of your feet, and let all your ways be established. Do not turn to the right or the left; remove your foot from evil....

Ok, that kind of says what we were saying above. Keep your heart with all diligence. Don't let harmful things that are not of God enter into your heart. How do you do that? Keep them out of your eyes, and your hearing. Put away from you a deceitful mouth and perverse lips, in other words, quit gossiping about your neighbors (meaning anyone) and quit using the language you hear others use, and it's not just talking about filthy language, it is things you say like, you look bad today, are you feeling sick today, or I am so poor I can't pay attention. Quit talking like the world using perverse lips and start speaking what the word says over yourself. AMEN! Keep your eyes straight ahead, do not turn to the right or left. Keep your eyes and ears intuned to what the word is saying, do not turn to the world for confirmation of sickness. God says in His word you were healed, don't look to someone else to tell you otherwise. Don't let friends and family who stay in the world's thinking instead of the WORD, steer you in the wrong direction. Ponder your path, let your feet stay on His path, do not wander off and join in with evil. Establish your ways, know who you are in Christ Jesus and let all those around you know who you are. Remember in order for the enemy to be afraid of you and to know that you have the victory over him, he first has to know that you know who you are in Christ Jesus. He has to to know that you know you have authority over him, before he will believe it and flee.

The only way to receive your healing is to act upon the word of God. To do what He tells you to do. To keep His instructions before your eyes and ears and in your heart. That is your prescription for your healing. You just have to be diligent and faithful to take it everyday. AMEN!

John 6 v 63...It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life....

STAY IN THE WORD!

Are you A Believing Believer

What do I mean by this? Well, there are believers who believe in Jesus, who believe in God, but they do not believe in what the word says. They do not believe in healing, in miracles, in being blessed with more than enough, with your hearts desires. How do I know? Look at how they live. Are they sick all the time, are they in pain all the time, or they going hungry, or living homeless?

Are they fighting battles constantly? For some reason there are those who just can not believe that Jesus has set them free from these things when He died on the cross. The word tells you so, but you just can not wrap your mind around the truth of the word, instead you look at the facts of the circumstances. Whose facts are they? They are not of God, they are of the enemy.

We have to learn to take authority over those facts, those circumstances and trust in Him and not them. We have to speak boldly, and with faith, with the AUTHORITY given to us by Jesus, Himself. AMEN! If we do not come against the enemy with boldness knowing who we are, and knowing what the WORD says, then we are setting ourselves up for defeat.

Acts 19 v 13-14....Then some of the itinerant Jewish exorcists took it upon themselves to call the name of the Lord Jesus over those who had evil spirits saying; "We exorcise you by the Jesus whom Paul preaches." Also there were seven sons of Sceva, a Jewish chief priest, who did so.

Now here is the important part, pay close attention to the next scriptures, these people had no idea that the Authority was not theirs, but Jesus, and the devil knows who has that authority and who does not. AMEN!

Acts 19 v 15-17...And the evil spirit answered and said, "Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are you?" Then the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, overpowered them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded.....

If you are in Christ, then you have the authority to use His name and cast out demons. Only the children of God, joint heirs with Christ Jesus has the authority to use His name. AMEN!

Don't let the evil spirits ask who are you. Make sure they know who you are. Stand against the enemy with the authority and boldness that Jesus gave you. Let them know that YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE IN CHRIST JESUS. AMEN!

You have to know who you are before the enemy can see who you are. You have to be a believing believer. How can you know and how can you feel confident in this authority?

Light Will Always Rule

Have you ever been in a dark place and then suddenly a light clicks on and you have a hard time focusing. The light totally obliterates the darkness. Even the smallest little flame can destroy complete darkness. There is no way you can remain in darkness if there is just a hint of light around. It is not possible.

The same is true with ourselves. When we accept the LORD JESUS as our Savior, we have the light in us. The light will rule and win and take victory over every dark circumstance. We just have to let it shine forth. Jesus is the light of the world, and we are His light in this world. AMEN!

Job 22 v 28...You will also declare a thing, and it will be established for you; so light will shine on your ways...

PS 18 v 28...For You will light my lamp; The LORD my God will enlighten my darkness...

PS 27 v 1....The LORD is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid....

PS 118 v 27a...God is the LORD, and He has given us light;....

1 Pet 2 v 9....But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.........

Prov 13 v 9....The light of the righteous rejoices; but the lamp of the wicked will be put out.....

IS 58 v 8.....Then your light shall break forth like the morning. Your healing shall spring forth speedily, and your righteousness shall go before you; the glory of the LORD shall be your rear guard.....

IS 60 v 1....Arise, Shine; for your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you....

Matthew 5 v 14-16...."You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.....

We are the light of Jesus for others to see. What do they see when they see you? Do they find the light that they are so desperately searching for? Or are they still wandering in darkness searching for the light even when you are in their midst?

Ephes. 5 v 8-9...For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the LORD. Walk as children of light (for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness and truth)....

John 3 v 19-21....And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. But he who does the truth, comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in GOD.....

John 8 v 12....Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, "I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.".......

Rev. 21 v 23....The city had no need of the sun or of the moon to shine in it, for the glory of God illuminated it. The LAMB is its light.....

Rev. 22 v 3-5....And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the LAMB shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him. They shall see His face, and His name shall be on their foreheads. There shall be no night there. They need no lamp nor light of the sun, for the LORD GOD gives them light. And they shall reign forever and ever....

1 John 1 v 5.....This is the message which we have heard form Him and declare to you, that GOD is light and in Him is no darkness at all.....

Evil is darkness, sickness is darkness, sin is darkness, pain is darkness, poverty is darkness, any thing that is not good is of darkness. But you are of LIGHT. You are of the LORD. You have VICTORY over darkness. AMEN!

Therefore let your LIGHT shine forth!

How Do You Use Your Authority

The word tells us we have the same authority to defeat evil as Jesus had when He walked on this earth. How do you use that authority? Have you ever seen a king ask politely for someone to quit attacking him? We here in America have a problem with kingdom authority. We are so used to our rights as Americans we can not fully understand our rights as children of God. I am not saying there is anything wrong with our rights, I am just saying look past your everyday rights and study what your rights are as children of God. We can not get accustomed to the fact that we are of the Royalty of Christ, Royalty of the MOST HIGH GOD. AMEN!

It is no wonder the devil attacks so many Americans, and Americans can not receive their healing and their miracles like other people around the world. Why? Because we can not wrap our minds around the fact that we have the authority of King and Queens in Christ. AMEN! We have all authority over every disease, over every evil thing, over all pain, over poverty, over lack, over fear. AMEN!

Here is a question for you. Do you believe Jesus died on the cross? Now, part 2 of the question, do you believe He died for all sins, sickness, diseases, pain, poverty, lack, every evil thing? Then it is time you look to the cross and receive your healing, your freedom from poverty or lack, your victory over every evil thing, over fear. Stand up, demand it, believe it, receive it, walk in it no matter what your circumstances say. AMEN!

Oh, you say, but you just don't know how bad I feel, how bad it hurts, how hard it is to quit. WRONG thinking. Quit claiming these things over your life, and quit letting the devil tell you those lies. SHOUT him out, DEMAND him to leave, SPEAK WITH AUTHORITY! AMEN!

Matt 28 v 18...."All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.....

Jesus says all authority over every thing has been given to Him in heaven but also on earth. AMEN!

Eccl 8 v 4...Where the word of a king is, there is power; and who may say to him, "What are you doing?"....

Who is and always will be KING OF KINGS? JESUS!

Where does your authority come from? JESUS!

Luke 9 v 1-2...Then He called His twelve disciples together and gave them power and authority over all demons, and to cure diseases. He sent them to preach the kingdom of God and to heal the sick......

Who are His disciples today? WE ARE!

Matt. 28 v 19...."Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo; I am with you always, even to the end of the age. " AMEN......

Jesus did not dissappear. He is still on the throne. AMEN! He still rules with all authority over every living thing. AMEN! And He says He gives you His power and authority to use here on earth to defeat every evil thing. He says He will be with you until the end of age. AMEN!

Now, stop letting the devil defeat you, take your authority and use it. Where do you find your authority? In the word of God. AMEN!

Who Is Your Potter

We have all heard that He is the potter and we are the clay. But who are you letting mold you? Who are you letting mold your children? Is He really your potter? Are you really clay in His hands?

I would like to think that I am, but I know that there are times when I try to go my own way, and try to mold my own self into something that is not pleasing unto Him. We have all at some time in our lives done this. We need to really focus before we make important decisions and let Him be our Potter, let Him mold us the way He wants us. AMEN!

Stop and think when you are arguing with someone, am I trying to mold myself, have I taken myself off of His Potter's wheel and out of His hands? If you are in the spirit of argument then yes you have. You see God did not give us that spirit of arguing, that comes from the enemy. So we can recognize when we are taking ourselves out of His hands, because if it is not good, it is not of God. AMEN!

Let Him mold you into that perfect masterpiece that He has planned for you, and you can't go wrong. AMEN!

Isaiah 64 v 8....But now, O LORD, You are our Father, We are the clay, and You our potter; and all we are the work of Your hand......

Jer. 18 v 1-4.....The word which came to Jeremiah from the Lord, saying,"arise and go down to the potter's house, and there I will cause you to hear My words." Then I went down to the potter's house and there he was making something at the wheel. And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter; so he made it again into another vessel, as it seemed good to the potter to make...

No matter what you have done, God will make you over into a new vessel, (a new creature) when you accept His Son as your Savior. AMEN!

Romans 9 v 20-24.....But indeed, O man, who are you to reply against God? Will the thing formed say to him who formed it, "why have you made me like this?" Does not the potter have power over the clay, from the same lump to make one vessel for honor and another for dishonor? What if God, wanting to show His wrath and to make His power known, endured with much longsuffering, the vessels of wrath prepared for destruction, and that He might make known the riches of His glory on the vessels of mercy, which He had prepared beforehand for glory, even us whom He called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?"......

God has predestined what He will make of you when you stay in His hands. A perfect vessel no longer marred by sin. AMEN! One that will hold water so to speak, one that is worthy. There are no holes in the vessels that He remakes with His hands. AMEN!

Trust in the LORD JESUS, and let Him remake you into that beautiful vessel that God intended for you to be. AMEN!

God Is Thinking Ahead

God knew us before we were born. God knew what we would be, what we would do. There are no surprises for God. We will not say, "gotcha" and surprise God. It is just not going to happen. He already knows what you have on your heart and mind. AMEN!

God goes before us in all things. AMEN!

Romans 8 v 28-30.....And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God; to those who are the called according to His purpose. For whom He predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom He predestined, these he also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified......

We are joint heirs with Jesus. We are the image of Jesus. We have the same rights and powers as Jesus. God says, these He called, He justified, and glorified. AMEN !

We need to start confessing who we are in Christ Jesus. We as children of God need to take our place as children of God, as joint heirs in Christ Jesus. It is time for us to stand up and take our place. Quit letting the devil beat you up. Quit listening to the devil. Get out the word of God and learn who you are and take your rightful place.

Romans 8 v 31-35a....What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? Who shall bring a charge against God's elect? It is God who justifies. Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?....

I love verse 33, that asks who dares to bring a charge against one of God's children. If God is the one who justifies, then quit letting the devil lie to you and teach you wrong thinking. When the devil tries to tell you, that you are sick, or poor, or lonely, tell him to SHUT UP and get out. Who is he to try to make you believe what GOD says is a lie.

Remember God predestined you, He went before you, goes before you and will always be before you. He will clear the path, all you have to do is stay on His path. AMEN!

Protecting Our Hearts and Ourselves

When we think about protecting our hearts and ourselves from things of the world, do we ever think about protecting what God says we are to walk in. Do we ever think about protecting our love for others. I heard this great message today about guarding our hearts, but not just guarding our hearts from evil but guarding the love in our hearts. What a revelation of scripture.

You see God guards His love for us. When we are told to guard our hearts, it is so that the love of God in our hearts is not stolen from us. Each time we give in to sin, we let a little bit of our guard down. We open a little hole in our heart to the point that eventually if we continue in this sin, there will be a hole big enough in our hearts that the love of God will be lost and the love of sin will take over in our hearts. AMEN!

God's love is not just His love for us, but it is with His love that we live and love others with. It is His love that brings us through our trials and tribulations. It is His love that we share kindness with others. It is His love that we receive revelation of His word with. Without His love we have nothing, we are nothing. The peace of God surpasses all understanding is what the scriptures tell us. There are times that we think we could not possibly be kind or forgiving to others, but then the love of God surpasses all understanding and we find that forgiveness and that kindness to give to others. AMEN!

Phil 4 v 7...and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.....

How many of you have watched the movie "Amish Grace". I tell you now that we as Christians could learn a good lesson about forgiveness from that movie. That is a good example of a Christian guarding the love of God in their hearts. In one part of the movie, one of the fathers of one of the girls killed was explaining what hatred and anger does. The little sister said she hated the man who killed her sister, and he asked her, how does that hate feel? How does that hatred make your heart feel? She answered him "not very good". He said hatred and anger was an ugly thing with sharp teeth, that when you let it in your heart, it eats away until there is no room left for love.

That is what the point here is. We must guard our hearts so that the love of God consumes it and not the things of this world. We need to have our hearts so full with the love of God that there is no room for hatred, anger, or sin. AMEN!

1 Cor 13 v 1....Though I speak with the tongues of men, and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal...

In other words, without love, your words are just alot of hot air that mean nothing. AMEN!

What is love?

1 Cor 13 v 4-8.....Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; love does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails.....

How many of us can truly say we walk in this type of love? Let me ask you, did you argue with anyone today, did you gossip about anyone today, did you behave rudely with anyone today,? If we answered yes to any of these, then we missed the love boat so to speak. We may have started out sailing on the love boat, but then the minute we had an argument with someone we fell overboard.

The good news is this, there is a life jacket, His name is Jesus. We call on the name of Jesus to help us through the stormy seas. We ask for His forgiveness and trust in Him to put us back in the boat. We will mess up now and again, but the more we feed ourselves on His word and walk in His ways, the better we will keep our balance and stay put on the boat. AMEN!

In other words the more we guard our hearts and the love that He put there, the better off we will be. How can we learn to guard our hearts. Easy! By listening to the Holy Spirit within us. By yeilding to His Spirit, and not to our own flesh. By yeilding to that LOVE in our hearts, and the more we do, the more it grows. AMEN!

What Is Your Idea Of Sharing

The word teaches us in the new testament church, we are to share with those in need. When? Daily! We should be taking care of other people who are in need daily. Not just when we get a warm fuzzy feeling at Christmas time or Thanksgiving, but every day. AMEN!

Acts 2 v 44-46....Now all who believed were together and had all things in common, and sold their possessions and goods, and divided them among all, as anyone had need. So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart........

Acts 4 v 34-35....Nor was there anyone among them who lacked; for all who were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the proceeds of the things that were sold, and laid them at the apostles' feet; and they distributed to each as anyone had need.....

We do not want to be like Ananais and Saphira who tried to lie about what they were giving. God knows our hearts. We can not hide anything from God. We are not to be selfish when it comes to helping God's children who have need.

There is a rule of thumb of how things work in the kingdom. God blesses you, you bless others, they bless others, and the blessings continue to multiply. That is why there is always an abundance, more than enough to go around so that no child of God should ever lack.

Luke 6 v 38..."Give and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, shaken together; and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you."....

You see we are to give with the ability God gives us to give. For some, it may be one canned good at a time, to another it may be a truckload of food. To one it may be babysitting for someone to go on a job interview, for another, it may be paying someone's babysitter this week. For one it may be giving a child a coat, for another it may be bringing coats and shoes to a shelter for all. You see God has given all of us an ability to do something. No matter how small, when the Holy Spirit tells us what to do, we must not try to lie to the Holy Spirit like Ananais and Saphira, (Acts 5v 1-11) but we must obey the Holy Spirit and follow through with what He instructs us to do.

No child of God can say they have nothing to give. We all have something. AMEN!

Do You Believe

Do you believe in the Lord Jesus? Do you believe in the word of God? (Not just some of it, but all of it) (not just what fits your doctrine, but all of it).

Acts 10 v 44-46....While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell upon all those who heard the word. And those of the circumcision who believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out on the Gentiles also. For they heard them speak with tongues and magnify God.....

What's that the Gentiles (Baptist, Catholics, Pentecostals, Church of God, Methodist, Lutherans, etc) spoke with tongues? That is what the word says. It says they believed and spoke with tongues and magnified God. There was no afterward that says but that was then and this is now. No, God is the same yesterday, today, and will be tomorrow. He hasn't changed. Why do we sometimes think that God just did for some but not for others. The word tells us that God is no respector of men. What He did for me, He will do for you. AMEN!

When we read in the word how we are to be doers and not hearers only. This is one area that we should be doing. You see if you read on in those scriptures, Peter tells them to let those who believed be baptized with water in the name of the Lord. That tells me that when you are saved, the Holy Spirit comes on you then, and you are baptized in the Holy Spirit. You have all that comes with that. You are annointed to heal, to speak in tongues, and you have the same power within you that Jesus had. AMEN!

But now, do you believe that you have that power? If you do not have faith in those powers, then don't try to use them. It is not a magic trick to heal someone. It is the work of God through your hands that when you made His Son Lord over your life, then you were granted the same powers as Jesus. AMEN!

Here comes the part of whether you believe all the Word or just some.

John 14 v 10-14...Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in Me? The words that I speak to you I do not speak on My own authority; but the Father who dwells in Me does the works. Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father in Me, or else believe Me for the sake of the works themselves. Most assuredly I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to the Father. And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.....

You see His word, does not have an expiration date on it. If you asked for healing in that day, and you had faith to believe in Him, you were healed. If you ask for healing today and you have faith and believe in what He says to be true, then you are healed. His word did not expire. For His word to expire He would have to expire and we all know that is not going to happen. AMEN!

The same is true with speaking in tongues, if you let yourself be free in the Holy Spirit and allow the Holy Spirit to rise up in you and pray out in tongues, you will be able to pray in tongues. There was no expriation date on that gift either. AMEN!

Now we go back to the rest of the first scripture.

Acts 10 v 47-48.....Then Peter answered, "Can anyone forbid water, that these should not be baptized who have received the Holy Spirit, just as we have?" And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the LORD.....

Don't be astonished that your brother speaks in tongues, don't think that he or she has a closer relationship than you do with the LORD. Just believe in the word of God and what He says and allow the gift of the Holy Spirit that He left with you to grow and be set free in you, so that all the powers Jesus gave to you can be manifested through you. AMEN!

We are children of God, and the Lord uses our hands and our tongues here on the earth to loose what is loosed in heaven. AMEN!

Why Do We Do What We Do

Why do we pray? Why do we obey? Why do we read the word? Why do we praise Him? Why do we love our neighbors? Why do we forgive those who have wronged us?

Joshua 22 v 5....But take careful heed to do the commandment and the law which Moses the servant of the LORD commanded you, to love the LORD your GOD, to walk in all His ways, to keep His commandments, to hold fast to Him, and to serve Him with all your heart and with all your soul....

This was the law of Moses's day, but when Jesus died on the cross for us, the law was replaced with Grace. His grace replaced the law. So now when we do the things we do, we do them not out of law, but out of LOVE for Him. We do these things because we Love Him. We are able to do these things because we walk in His love when He abides in us. AMEN!

Romans 8 v 35-39....Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written; "For Your sake we are killed all day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter," Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord......

Jude 21....keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life...

John 15 v 9-11....As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love. If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father's commandments and abide in His love. These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full.......

So why do we do the things that we do? Because He first loved us, and died for us all. AMEN!

When You Feel Weak

When you feel like you are going through the fire, when you feel like you have been thrown into the firey furnace, or the lion's den, do you cry and moan and feel sorry for yourself, or do you approach it with the same courage and faith that Shadrach, Meshach, Abednego, and Daniel did?

It is not God's will for you to suffer. Please do not fall into that lie of Satan. God says that He will deliver you through it. His grace is sufficient. He does not tell you to suffer and endure, no He tells you to come to Him and find rest from your troubles, your burdens, and He will bring you through. Don't think you have to endure and stay until you are covered in the stench of the smoke, don't believe that lie that it is God's will for you to suffer. God's Son already did the suffering so that we would not have to. Don't try to take His place on the cross. You can't. AMEN!

2 Cor. 12 v 9......and He said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness"..........

You see when you are too weak to handle the problem, God's strength will bring you through it, if you turn it over to Him.

That is the key. We have to turn it over to Him, and trust Him to bring us through. So the next time something is coming against you, and you feel you are too weak to go on, realize that your weakness has made God's strength perfect and there is nothing that He can not do for you. AMEN!

You will recall the stories of the ones mentioned above. The first three did not burn in that furnace of fire but were joined there by a fourth man, who brought them out and they did not even have the smell of smoke on them. (see Daniel 3 v 19-25) AMEN! And what about Daniel, the lion's mouths were closed and he was not harmed in any way. (see Daniel 6 v19-23) Why, because in the midst of their trouble, they called on God to deliver them. They praised and worhsipped the LORD during their trials. AMEN! They believed without doubt that He would deliver them. PRAISE THE LORD! HALLELUJAH!

When will we get to that place in our own lives, that we can believe without doubt that God will bring us through? When will we realize that God's will for us is a life full of joy and abundance and excellent health, not sickness, poverty, or sadness? When will we realize just how much God loves us and wants us well and whole? When will we fully trust in the word of God? When will we totally give ourselves and our lives to Jesus. AMEN!

1 John 5 v 3-5....For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome. For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world, our Faith. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?......

You see, God's love is not burdensome. You have the victory already if you believe in the Name of Jesus. Use His strength to pull you through. AMEN! Where do you find this strength? In the word of GOD. AMEN!

What Is Possessing You

Have you ever watched the show Dog Whisperer? One day while watching he was talking about how when your dog lays next to you, or saddles up next to you, the dog is possessing you. He is claiming you as his. Well, I have a little dog, and she does like to possess me.. She always needs to be touching me. She feels secure and safe when she is touching me. It is not enough for her to be close by, no, she wants to be connected to me, touching me at some point.

That is how God feels about us. He wants to be touching us, possessing us, connected to us. What makes you feel secure and safe? What do you let posess you. What do you let get near to you to be touching you all the time? It doesn't have to be in the form of a physical being, like a pet or a person. It could be your thoughts, ideas, feelings, habits. These might be good or bad depending on how much of your time they posess.

God tells us, He is a jealous God. He does not want something taking all of your time to the point you do not leave room for Him. In fact, He wants the first part of your time. Just like we give the first fruits in our tithes, God also wants the first fruits of our time. WHY? Because, He knows when we give Him the first fruits of our time, we are setting the pace and the direction for the rest of our day. We are setting the atmosphere on how we will conduct ourselves the rest of the day. If we wake up, hit the floor running behind, grouchy, complaining, hungry, and miserable, the rest of the day will probably follow in the same manner. But if we set aside the first part of our day with the LORD, resting and relaxing in Him and in His word, then we will fill up on Him, and be more likely to follow in His ways and not the world's ways. AMEN!

We will let His thoughts, His words, possess our minds and not thoughts of anxiety, fear, unrest, anger, hunger for things that are unhealthy to us. We can rest in Him and what He shared with us first thing this morning. AMEN!

Don't let your job, your fear of something, your anxiety over something possess you. Get still, and be quiet and let God come close and touch you and rest in His presence, in His arms, in His Word. Start your day with resting in the Lord. Start your day with God possessing you. Meditate on what His word tells you to do. AMEN!

John 14 v 27.....Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.....

Jesus tells you here, to not let your heart be troubled, in other words quit worrying over things. He goes further and says to not let it be afraid. He wants you resting in His peace at all times. AMEN! Let Him possess your heart and you will find His peace. AMEN!

PS 23 v 1-3......The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake.......

You see what you get when you seek the Lord? Calm waters, not rough sailing . AMEN! You get His rest, quiet, righteousness, you will lack nothing. AMEN!

Matt 6 v 33....But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you.......

When do you seek GOD? FIRST!

Start your day with the LORD possesing you, your thoughts, your ways, and let the rest of your day flow with the love of God possessing your heart. It will be hard to have a bad day if you follow Him and walk in His love toward others. AMEN!

Strength And Power In These Hands

Whose hands? Your hands. Jesus says that He left us with the same authority that He was given by His Father (GOD). We have the same power in our hands to heal and restore that Jesus had in His. Our hands when used in Faith, without doubt are lethal weapons. The enemy does not stand a chance against your hands when used with Faith, casting out all doubt.

This brings me to another point. Sometimes it is very important to check who is surrounding you when you use your hands to heal, because the enemy has people everywhere. The enemy uses non believers as well as BELIEVERS who doubt to hold back someone's healing. You see the key word in using those hands is using them in FAITH without doubt. Even the most annointed person can be cast into doubt when listening to well meaning people who surround them. We have to learn to hear the Holy Spirit within us, we have to let His voice be stronger than those surrounding us. How do we do this? By staying in the word of God and keeping His word first and foremost on the frontals of our minds and our hearts. AMEN!

In other words, don't fill your brain with the things of this world. When we spend more time with TV, computers, radios, than we do with our GOD and His word, then we are filling our brains and our hearts with those things to the point that we only leave a little if any at all room for His Word.

So what do you think will happen when it comes time for you to use your lethal weapons (your hands)? Some do-gooder will come behind you and cast doubt with their unbelief and you may possibly fall into their way of thinking. What happens then to the person you were laying hands on? Will they sense your doubt and lose their faith as well? Will they miss out on their healing because they lost faith in the Word you were speaking over them as you were attempting to heal them? Sad but true!

Why do you think Jesus told people He healed sometimes to not tell anyone? Because He knew that their faith was not strong enough yet to withstand the doubt of those who would try to talk them out of their healing. Have you ever tried to talk someone out of their healing? Have you ever unintentionally of course told someone, "Oh you can't quit taking that medicine, God gave us doctors who know what they are doing, and if the doctor tells you to take that medicine then that is what you must do". Yes, God gave us doctors for those who do not have enough faith in the Word yet to get healed. And there is nothing wrong with that. Some people need doctors, because they can't get a complete peace about trusting God for their healing. There is nothing wrong with those people. They are not any less a Christian or believer. We all have areas where our faith sometimes may be weak and we trust in the world's way instead of the LORD's. But if we would fill our hearts and our minds with His word, we would come to the place that our faith would not require an earthly doctor. AMEN!

Prov. 4 v 20-22....My son, give attention to my words; incline yur ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart; for they are life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh.....

Matt. 28 v 18-20....And Jesus came and spoke to them saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you, and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." AMEN....

He said ALL authority, not just some, He said in heaven and on earth, not just up in heaven, He said baptizing in the name of the Father, Son and HOLY SPIIRT, He said He is and will be with you until the end of the age. Which is forever. AMEN!

Now let's look and see what He tells you to do with that authority He just gave to you.

Mark 16 v 15-18....And He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will follow those who believe. In My name they will cast out demons, they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents, and if they drink anything deadly, it will be no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover."........

What was that He said about their hands? The sick will recover. AMEN!

Now let's see how strong He says those hands are.

John 14 v 12-14...."Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.".....

What did He say? GREATER works than the works He did while here on earth. HALLELUJAH! You just have to believe that you are who God says you are. That you are a highly favored child of God and He will be glorified through the works He does through you. AMEN!

You see if we could all just grasp what God is telling us in His word about His will for us, that His will is for us to be healed, that Jesus already paid the price for sickness and diseases, we would not have to think twice about what is happening to healthcare, health insurance, what doctor we can go to, ect. We would just call on the name of Jesus and be healed. AMEN! AMEN! AMEN!

The quickest way to get healed is to get in the WORD!

God's Will For Us

What is God's perfect will for you? Do you ever asked yourself that question? The answer is not as difficult to find as you may think. It is very simply laid out for you in His word.

3 John v 2-4......Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers. For I rejoiced greatly when brethren came and testified of the truth that is in you, just as you walk in the truth. I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.....

The will of God is the truth. God's will is the Truth. The Truth is Jesus.

John 14 v 6....Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."......

John 8 v 31-32....Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, "If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."...

The Truth is the Bread God sent from Heaven. The Bread is Jesus.

John 6 v 32-40.....Then Jesus said to them, "Most assuredly, I say to you, Moses did not give you the bread from heaven, but My Father gives you the True Bread from heaven. For the bread of God is He who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world." Then they said to Him, "Lord give us this bread always." And Jesus said to them, "I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst. But I said to you, that you have seen Me and yet do not believe. All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out. For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me. This is the will of the Father who sent Me, that of all He has given Me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up at the last day. And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day.......

So there you have it. God's will for us is to know Jesus, His Son, as the truth. And to be raised up with Him on the last day. His perfect will for us is that no one should perish but that all should be with Him in His kingdom for eternity.

Will you accept God's Perfect Will for you today? Will you accept His Son Jesus as your Savior, so that you may spend eternity with Him and the Father? The choice is yours to make. God has a perfect plan for you, but He will not enforce it on you. He gave you free will, so that when you choose His will, (His Truth, His Son) He knows you mean it. AMEN!
